EDMmodelCheckerThe EDMmodelChecker™ provides comprehensive
validation of any data set based on the EXPRESS data modeling language (ISO 10303-Part 11). It not only verifies that the data is consistent with the rules and constraints of an EXPRESS schema but it conducts detailed diagnostics at the instance and attribute levels. The EDMmodelChecker™ is a generic tool which makes it possible to validate any data according to any schema defined in EXPRESS, not just those pre-defined in specific application protocols. Errors can be quickly and easily identified before importing any data to your own database.
The EDMmodelChecker™ can validate a complete model in one call. It can also check all entity instances of a particular type for all applicable rules and constraints. At the lowest level you can check an entity instance against one specific rule or constraint. Regardless of the number of errors or warnings detected, the EDMmodelChecker™ continues the validation process until everything is checked according to your specifications.
Technical requirementsThe EDMmodelChecker™ must be installed on a system that has the EDMdeveloperSeat™.All trademarks a registered trademarks are the sole property of their respective companies or organizations. |
