Training

The following training classes are conducted on a regular basis:

Class 1: Management introduction to STEP

Develop an understanding of the concept of the STEP standard and the business benefits; be introduced to the EXPRESS data definition language; and learn about application protocols.

Class 2: Introduction to the EXPRESS language (ISO 10303-Part 11)

As part of STEP, the EXPRESS data definition language has a key position for defining all parts of the standard that are targeted at implementation. This class gives a well balanced introduction to the language and the objective is to give the student basic knowledge about EXPRESS data models.

Class 3: EXPRESS / SDAI / EXPRESS-X Implementation Course

This class gives a well balanced introduction to imple-mentation methods and the objective is to make the student able to interface existing or new applications with STEP, and learn to make use of the SDAI and EXPRESS-X functionalities.
